# Come scaricare il report completo di sistema

Un **FSR** è uno strumento utilizzato per facilitare la risoluzione dei problemi di Reach. Viene fornito in un archivio ZIP e contiene registri di sistema e dettagli tecnici del tuo Reach.

### Scarica il report completo di sistema

Per generare e scaricare un **FSR**, eseguire i seguenti passaggi:

1. Apri l'app Emlid Flow e connettiti al tuo GNSS Reach.
2. Vai alle *Settings*.
3. In *Troubleshooting*, tocca *System report*.
4. Nella sezione *Full report*, tocca *Generate*.

5. Salva il report a seconda del tuo dispositivo.
